Offer Management System (OMS)

Overview

SwapAce has a unique patented "Offer Management System" (OMS) that makes us different from other websites.

In SwapAce, you can make multiple offers to multiple people and if someone accepts any of your offers, then all your other offers can be automatically retracted for you (so that you do not enter into more than one agreement).

Example

On some auctioning sites, you can only bid on one auction at a time, otherwise you might end up winning more than what you need.

For example, you might want to buy a computer and you might see 3 computers that you like, but if you bid on all 3 auctions, then you might win all 3 and then you will need to buy all 3 (or face negative feedback which might prevent other people from dealing with you in the future).

On SwapAce, we solve this problem for you.

How?

  1. Step 1:
  2. So that SwapAce can manage your offers for you, you should create a "wish-list" of items that you would like to obtain/provide - then, when one of your desires has been satisfied, SwapAce will ensure that you do not enter into more than one agreement for the same item.

For more information see 'How Do I Create An Item?'

  3. Step 2:
  4. Make a number of offers.

For example: You are looking for a computer and you see 3 computers that you like, so you make 3 offers to 3 different people.

For more information see 'How Do I Make An Offer?'

  5. Step 3:
  6. Someone accepts one of your offers.

For example: The first person accepts your first offer.

For more information see 'How Do I Accept An Offer?'

  7. Step 4:
  8. Your other offers are automatically retracted for you (so that you do not enter into more than one agreement).

For example: Your 2nd and 3rd offers are automatically retracted for you, so that no one else can accept any of your offers.
