Not Receiving Registration Email?
When you first create an account with SwapAce you should receive a
confirmation email that will contain a password for you to use to log in to
If you did receive this email, then simply follow the instructions in the
If you did not receive this confirmation within a few minutes, then you may
like to check the 'junk mail' folder of your email program (because some email
programs sometimes incorrectly move mail into the 'junk mail' folder).
If you entered the wrong email address during the registration process, or
you would like to try again, then you can simply create a new account (it is
quick and free).
If you have a SPAM blocker turned on, then you may like to adjust the
settings to allow email from firstname.lastname@example.org and then, if required, you can
simply register again.
If you have an AOL email account, then AOL sometimes blocks our emails (which
is out of our control), so you may like to try using a different email address.
If you none of the recommendations above work, then you can then you can
request a new password (to log-in) by using the 'Forgot Details' screen.
Please remember that passwords and usernames are case sensitive (so
lower-case and upper-case can make a difference)
When you login, if you copy and paste your password (found in any emails etc)
then please note that this may cause a problem because spaces can sometimes be
incorrectly included. Instead, try entering your password manually by typing in
the password (without copying and pasting).
