What do I use this screen for?

The 'Contact Us/Support' screen is used to send an enquiry/question to the SwapAce support team.

How do I use this screen?

  1. Enter A Subject: subject of your enquiry/question.
  2. Select A Department: department you want your enquiry/question directed to.
  3. Compose Enquiry/Question: try to provide as much detail as possible.
  4. Select 'Send Message' Button: confirmation will be provided via the 'Contact Us/Support Email - Sent' screen.

What else should I know about this screen?

Tickets: when you send a message to the support team, an email is generated and automatically sent to the specified department. An email containing your enquiry/question details is then generated which you can use to keep track of its status. The ticket information will be emailed to your registered email address.
