"A RETURNING SOLDIER NEEDS YOUR HELP, PLEASE!" Description
Hi,
My son has served overseas and is now out of the Military, for good! God Willing! He has been through a tough time, not only with being overseas, but being ripped off, back at his home base!
Unfortunately, he left all of his belongings with a "then fiance" and she robbed him blind! He even had to pay lots of money, to replace government issued items, that she sold! Needless to say, he wasn't the first and won't be the last!
He's had a tough time emotionally and will be leaving soon, for the Arctic Circle! My brother (his hero) and his company are offering him a great opportunity and pheonominal money! He needs clothing and shoes, for severe cold weather.
He has games for the Sony Play Station 2, but had to get rid of the system, for the money. I'm hoping that someone will have one, or a portible DVD Player and movies, for those down times! Though, they'll be few, with 12hr work days!
He also needs flight to Anchorage, Alaska and the company will provide the rest. I'm praying that someone will have airline miles/vouchers, that they can offer free, or very reasonable! He needs to fly out of Birmingham, AL, or Huntsville, AL.
It breaks my heart that I'm unable to help financially, but I'm trying to get my own life in order! I'm recovering from a back injury, myself! Any assistance or suggestions, will be greatly appreciated!
