sydney the van has tv and dvd, footon, bunk
beds and a trundel bed, set of draws, dubble
bedroom in van with draws and cuboards,
crockery , cutlery, bbq, tv unit, eletric
convection oven with cook top, microwave,
fridge, out door table and chair set the
roof of the van has an extra weather proof
roof and the interia annex roof has fishing
rod holders attatched the annex also has
vanitian blinds and curtains in the van this
is a reluctant sale we are moving from sydney
and it is to far for us to travel the site
fees are $1000 per quarter which encludes
all electricity and water. the caravan does not have to be removed from the park. The park is also right on burrill lake with its own boat ramp. there really is something for everyone here.
