THIS PLATE BY RAYMOND KURSAR IS THE NINTH ISSUE FROM THE GONE WITH THE WIND COLLECTION FROM THE BRADFORD EXCHANGE.
(1986) THE PLATE COMES IN THE ORIGINAL BOX WITH CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY. THERE WAS A GLARE WHEN TAKING THE PICTURE, HENCE THE APPEARANCE. THIS PLATE IS PERFECT.
