A Lovingly restored beautiful MG Midget sports car. This car is very special and has been built upwards from an imported body shell in California. Rebuilt in England from scratch, this car has travelled over to Australia in a container. There is less than 2000 miles on the clock of a brand new engine, gearbox etc. Heavy duty chrome wire wheels - not the cheap versions which rust withing months - show off this superb classic car. It's the one with the split chrome bumpers and the rare round wheel arches. This car even has the extremely rare chrome strip down the centre of the bonnet. This is real driving folks, non of your power steering here! This is how driving used to be.
The car was valued in London at a price of 10,000 Pounds Stirling, which means by today's exchange rate with the Australian dollar, it would be worth over $25,000. Of course this valuation was given to the car on production of all receipts spent on bringing the car back to its present day condition. This condition, although not concourse, classes the car in 'A'condition. It is not immaculate by any means because I insisted that some parts from my doner car were built on to it in England. The car must be seen to be appreciated and so rather than offer this for sale for cash, I have decided to offer it up for a swap. Please don't reply to this advert unless you have the item I want to swap the Midget for.
