Pricing FAQ
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade from Basic Report to Full Management at any time. If you're on Full Management, you can add or remove aircraft and your subscription adjusts immediately.
What counts as 'one aircraft'?
Each aircraft registration (N-number or tail number) counts as one aircraft. Uploading additional logbooks for the same aircraft does not increase the count.
What happens when I cancel?
You retain full access until the end of your current billing period. After that, your aircraft data is preserved but AI Q&A and new document processing are disabled.
Is there a free trial?
There is no free trial, but the Basic Report is a low-risk way to see the quality of analysis before committing to a subscription.
Do you offer refunds?
Basic Reports are non-refundable once the analysis is complete. For Full Management subscriptions, contact us within 7 days if you're unsatisfied.
